Posh.ai
Scaling Brand & Growth Design Across Marketing and Sales
Led end-to-end brand and growth design across Posh.ai’s marketing ecosystem, increasing design output by 40% while improving consistency across campaigns, sales assets, and lifecycle touchpoints.
Challenge
As Posh.ai entered a rapid growth phase, the marketing team needed to move faster without sacrificing brand consistency or trust in a highly regulated, enterprise-facing space. At the time, there was no formal internal design system. While the website had recently been refreshed by an external agency, the updated visual language had not been operationalized for internal teams, leading to inefficiencies and inconsistent execution across marketing and sales channels.
My Role:
Owned visual strategy and end-to-end execution across Posh.ai’s marketing ecosystem
Partnered closely with the VP of Marketing to define and operationalize the brand system
Designed and scaled landing pages, templates, and lifecycle assets across Webflow and HubSpot
Built workflows and reusable systems that increased design throughput by 40%
Strategy & Approach
I used the agency-led website refresh as a foundation to establish Posh.ai’s first internal design system. I audited the updated visual language, codified core brand elements, and built a modular system of components, templates, and guidelines that enabled fast, consistent execution across marketing, sales, and lifecycle channels.
Acquisition & Education Touchpoints
Integrations page
Refreshed the integrations page to improve clarity, hierarchy, and alignment with the newly established brand system. Focused on making technical information easier to scan and understand for prospective customers.
In-person event
In-person event page built to support discovery, drive traffic, and reduce friction ahead of registration.
Webinar landing page
Webinar landing page focused on driving event discovery and informed registration through clear messaging and hierarchy.
Social Assets
Organic and paid social assets designed to reinforce brand consistency and drive awareness across top-of-funnel touchpoints.
Product/Sales One-Pagers
These one-pagers were designed as flexible templates to support digital outreach by sales and event teams. The layouts were built to accommodate different product narratives and event contexts, enabling teams to quickly promote offerings while maintaining a consistent brand experience.
Customer Case Studies
These case studies were designed as reusable, digital-first templates to support sales, marketing, and event follow-ups. I focused on creating a clear narrative structure that highlighted the product, framed customer challenges, and outcomes in a way that was easy to scan and share, while remaining consistent with the broader brand system.
Impact
This new brand system brought structure to a fast-moving marketing team at Posh.ai. By focusing on repeatable patterns and clear hierarchy rather than one-off execution, I was able to support growth across campaigns, events, and sales needs while keeping the product front and center.
