Jobcase operates a large-scale job marketplace where email and paid media are core performance channels driving member growth, engagement, applications, and employer revenue. The team needed to support a constant cadence of lifecycle and paid campaigns that attracted new members, re-engaged existing users, and improved performance metrics while maintaining brand consistency across audiences.

Performance Strategy & Approach
My work focused on performance-driven creative across lifecycle email and paid social. I partnered closely with growth marketing and brand teams to optimize hierarchy, messaging clarity, and calls to action, enabling rapid A/B testing informed by performance data. To support speed and scale, I built modular templates and repeatable patterns that allowed teams to iterate quickly without sacrificing quality or consistency.
